  • Eligibility for Exchange: Within 15 Days of Purchase: You may request an exchange within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Unopened and Unused: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, and unused to be eligible for an exchange. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: To process an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
  • Items Not Eligible for Exchange: Customized or Personalized Items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for customized or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged.

Provide Necessary Information when contacting us, please provide the following information:

  2. The reason for the exchange.
  3. Details of the item you wish to exchange.

Return the Item:

 Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us. Please make sure to package the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Processing the Exchange:

  • Verification: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Replacement: If the item is deemed eligible, we will process the exchange and send you a replacement item of your choice (subject to availability). If the requested replacement item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
